Welcome to Jonny Jewels. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Custom & Made-to-Order Jewelry
Many Jonny Jewels pieces are handmade and customized specifically for each customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization selections before submitting an order, including:
- Material
- Style
- Width
- Length
- Names, letters, or custom text
- Font
- Design/frame selections
- Any other personalization options
Once production has begun, customization details generally cannot be changed or canceled. Please carefully review your selections before completing payment.
2. Production Time
Handmade to order — estimated production time: 3–5 weeks. Production times may vary depending on current order volume.
Your piece may be completed sooner; however, orders may be shipped together in larger batches, so completion of your piece does not necessarily mean it will ship immediately. Production and delivery estimates are approximate and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
3. Payment
Full payment is required before production begins on custom jewelry. All prices displayed on the website are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other fees will be displayed at checkout when applicable. Jonny Jewels reserves the right to correct pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact the customer before proceeding when appropriate.
4. Customization Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering customization information correctly. Jonny Jewels is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including incorrect:
- Names or spelling
- Sizes
- Lengths
- Fonts
- Design selections
- Shipping information
If Jonny Jewels makes an error and the finished piece does not match the customization information submitted with the order, please contact us so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
5. Handmade Variations
Because many of our pieces are handcrafted, minor variations may occur between individual pieces. Small differences in appearance, finish, positioning, measurements, or other handmade characteristics may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Product photographs are intended to provide an accurate representation of our jewelry, but appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and the handmade nature of the product.
6. Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside of Jonny Jewels' reasonable control may affect delivery times. Please review our separate Shipping Policy for additional information.
7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Because customized jewelry is produced specifically for the individual customer, custom orders may be subject to different return, cancellation, and refund restrictions than non-custom merchandise. Please review our Return Policy before purchasing for complete information regarding returns, cancellations, refunds, exchanges, and eligibility.
8. Jewelry Care
The lifespan and appearance of jewelry depend heavily on how it is worn, stored, and maintained. Exposure to moisture, sweat, chemicals, fragrances, lotions, cleaning products, pools, salt water, and other substances may affect jewelry over time.
Customers should follow the instructions provided in our Care Guide to help maintain their jewelry. Normal wear and changes caused by improper care are not necessarily considered manufacturing defects.
9. Order Acceptance
Submitting payment does not prevent Jonny Jewels from reviewing an order for errors, availability issues, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that may prevent us from fulfilling the order.
Jonny Jewels reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary. If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, the applicable payment will be refunded.
10. Website Content
All Jonny Jewels branding, logos, photographs, graphics, product designs, website content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Jonny Jewels and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission where protected by applicable law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jonny Jewels will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
12. Changes to These Terms
Jonny Jewels may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page along with the applicable updated date.
