How long does production take?
Handmade to order — estimated production time: 3–5 weeks. Production times may vary depending on current order volume.
When does production begin?
Production begins after full payment, because every piece is customized for the customer.
How many characters can my nameplate have?
Up to 10 characters. Letters, spaces, hyphens and accented characters are supported, and your capitalization is preserved exactly as you enter it.
How do I choose a lettering style?
Review the Official Font Catalog inside the configurator and enter the number (1–60) of the style you want.
What gold finish is used?
Every piece includes our premium laminated gold finish — a substantial gold layer of approximately 5 microns over your selected base material, included at no extra cost.
Can a piece be replated later?
Yes. Professional replating starts at approximately $80, depending on the piece.
What is the return or cancellation policy?
Because every piece is custom-made specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once production begins. Refunds requested before production is completed may be eligible for a partial refund. Once your order has been submitted and payment has been sent to our manufacturer, only up to 50% of the order total may be refundable, and once production is completed or the order has shipped, the order is non-refundable. Warranty
What does the 90-day warranty cover?
The 90-day warranty starts on the date of delivery and covers eligible manufacturing or finishing issues. It does not cover misuse, accidental damage, exposure to chemicals, improper care, or normal wear and tear. Contact Jonny Jewels with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it.
