At Jonny Jewels, every custom piece is handmade to order. Please review our shipping information before placing your order.

Custom Order Timeline

Handmade to order — estimated production time: 3–5 weeks. Production times may vary depending on current order volume. Your piece may be completed sooner; however, orders are shipped together in large batches, so shipping times may vary.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information using the contact information provided with your order.

Please allow time for the carrier to update your tracking after your package has been processed.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your information before submitting your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

Delivery

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Jonny Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first and then contact Jonny Jewels if additional assistance is needed.
